There are situations where we have understood a lot and still remain stuck in the same place. We know our history, recognize recurring patterns, and understand why certain relationships or decisions bind us. The knowledge is there. The movement fails to happen.
In families, tensions persist across generations even though they have long been discussed. In companies, blockages arise whose actual cause lies neither in the individuals involved nor in the visible structures. The reason: people act within systems—and systems operate regardless of whether we have understood them. This becomes apparent in closeness and distance, in unconscious loyalties, in what makes people carry things for one another or hold on to each other.

Some information only becomes accessible when we perceive it intuitively.
Systemic thinking reveals structures. Psychological approaches unlock personal history. Intuitive perception captures something else: the energy that sustains a dynamic right now—felt as tension, as unexpected closeness or aversion, as heaviness in a specific position, or as a change as soon as an overlooked element takes its place.
These pieces of information take effect before they are categorized in words. They frequently lead precisely to where someone has been looking for a long time: to the connection between their own experience and the larger dynamic to which it belongs.
Intuitive perception therefore asks more deeply: What energy sustains a known dynamic? And what movement becomes possible as soon as this reality becomes visible in the room?
IntuSCULPTURE brings the energetic reality of a system into the room
IntuSCULPTURE is the spatial work with the INTUITIVE HUMAN METHOD™ developed by Alexandra Sorgenicht.
People, relationships, roles, and systemic forces are assigned a position in the space—through representatives who act as placeholders for you, for other people, or for forces within the system. A Sculpture typically lasts about an hour. During this time, the representatives’ perceptions make it tangible how the energies at work in the system—often unconscious—actually operate. A pattern that you have already understood cognitively thus becomes clear in a completely different way: You no longer experience its effects merely intellectually, but physically—and from that place, you can set it in motion.
IntuSCULPTURE is suitable for concerns from three areas of life and work.
Family, origin and relationships
We carry our family's experiences within us: through attachment, belonging, assumed roles, and loyalties that extend far beyond conscious choices.
An IntuSCULPTURE brings intergenerational relationships into space just as much as current partnerships, parenthood, or other formative connections.
Personal patterns and inner dynamics
Some themes recur in different situations: a decision remains tied up for years, success triggers inner tension, responsibility is assumed despite exhaustion, or a next step in development is clearly felt yet difficult to access.
Profession, Leadership and Organizations
Companies have their own energetic architecture. Official functions tell only part of the story—informal power, contradictory mandates, unclear responsibilities, or loyalties to previous structures often decisively shape development and collaboration.
In an organizational IntuSCULPTURE, roles, teams, leadership constellations, projects, or strategic options are spatially examined.
Three ways to participate
An IntuSCULPTURE of your own
Saturday and Sunday (5 seats)
You come with a personal, family, or professional concern – we examine it in a dedicated IntuSCULPTURE.
At the beginning, we clarify your focus. Afterward, we select the people, positions, or forces that are relevant to your concern. Representatives take their places in the room. From their perception, the relationships between the positions, and my guidance, the sculpture emerges.
You neither need to have fully understood your concern nor put it into a perfect question. Precisely where explanations stand side by side or something does not yet have a name, intuitive work opens up the decisive context.
The booking includes the entire weekend, including your own IntuSCULPTURE. Participation in the other constellations is part of it—even as an observer or representative, your understanding of your own dynamics deepens.

Participate as a stand-in
Saturday and Sunday
As a stand-in, you take on a position in the sculptures of other participants—for a person, a role, or another force in the system—and perceive how energy manifests in that place.
This perception happens immediately: bodily sensations, feelings, inner images, or impulses to move become information.
At the same time, acting as a representative trains your own intuition. Through someone else's sculpture, many people simultaneously recognize something essential about the systems to which they themselves belong.
A guaranteed lineup of one's own is not included in this form of participation.

Continuing education in IntuSCULPTURE
Friday to Sunday
This advanced training is aimed at Intuitive Practitioners and individuals with prior training in the INTUITIVE HUMAN METHOD™ recognized by me.
IntuSCULPTURE extends intuitive work from the individual field into the reality of families, relationships, teams, and organizations. You learn to perceive the energy of a system, to spatially translate its essential forces, and to guide a process from the information of the present field.

On Friday, we will work in a closed training group. Theory, perception training, and practical exercises are directly intertwined. The focus is on:
- the intuitive grasp of a concern and the energy operating within it
- the perception of the larger system behind an individual pattern
- the selection of the people, roles, and powers that a sculpture requires
- the translation of intuitive information into positions and spatial relationships
- the differentiation between one's own resonance and information from the field
- the intuitive guidance of movements within a sculpture
- management accountability and a clear conclusion of the process
On Saturday and Sunday, you will deepen this work in the actual constellation process:
You assist with IntuSCULPTURES, take on substitute roles, and test individual steps of process facilitation under my supervision.
The training is designed as an introduction to IntuSCULPTURE. It does not provide a general certification for independently conducting systemic constellations.
Der Ablauf
Freitag: Fortbildung
Der Freitag gehört der geschlossenen Fortbildungsgruppe. Wir arbeiten von 10 Uhr bis 17 Uhr mit theoretischen Grundlagen, intuitiver Wahrnehmung und praktischen Übungen zur Entwicklung und Begleitung einer IntuSCULPTURE.
Samstag und Sonntag: IntuSCULPTURES
An beiden Tagen finden die persönlichen, familiären und organisationalen Sculptures statt. Teilnehmende mit eigener IntuSCULPTURE bringen ihr Anliegen ein, Stand-ins und die Fortbildungsgruppe übernehmen Positionen.
Da jede Sculpture ihrer eigenen Dynamik folgt, ergibt sich der genaue Verlauf aus den Anliegen und Bewegungen der Gruppe. Pausen und ein gemeinsamer Abschluss geben dem Wochenende einen verbindlichen Rahmen.

Die Arbeit in der Gruppe
Eine IntuSCULPTURE ist die Arbeit eines Menschen mit seinem Anliegen und zugleich ein gemeinsamer Erfahrungsraum. Jede Person im Raum trägt durch Präsenz, Wahrnehmung und Bereitschaft zur Tiefe des Prozesses bei.
Alle persönlichen Informationen und Erfahrungen werden vertraulich behandelt. Mit der Buchung verpflichten sich die Teilnehmenden, die Privatsphäre der Gruppe auch über das Wochenende hinaus zu wahren.
Die Teilnahme setzt psychische Stabilität und einen eigenverantwortlichen Umgang mit den eigenen Grenzen voraus. IntuSCULPTURE ist ein intensiver Raum für Selbsterfahrung, Erkenntnis und professionelle Entwicklung. Sie ersetzt keine medizinische oder psychotherapeutische Behandlung.
About Alexandra Sorgenicht
IntuPASSAGE emerges from Alexandra Sorgenicht's decades-long work on intuitive perception, consciousness, and human transformation. As early as 2023, she conducted the advanced training under the name Spiritual Midwifery. Today's version combines the original depth of this work with her evolved perspective on power, responsibility, embodiment, and inner authority.
Alexandra's Intuition Methodology examines intuition as an independent form of human perception and orientation. In IntuPASSAGE, this work is focused on the existential thresholds of incarnation, birth, dying, and death—on those spaces where professional knowledge, human presence, and the capacity for perception interact in a special way.
