Welcome to the intensive training I have developed for visionary empaths like you.
Nothing in this training is pure theory for me, I have developed every element from my own experience.

My mission is to support empaths/intuitives to confidently take their place in the world. With this training, I support you in sustainably coming into your power. I offer you all the know-how that I have been able to gather as an empath/intuitive in over 20 years of intuition training. You will be given tools and areas of experience that you can integrate into your everyday life after the training.

An essential part of the training is to develop immunity to narcissistic seduction and (subtle) violence so that you can consciously decide against toxic structures - again and again!

In the training you will experience the shift in the categorization of your compassionate gift from a trap that weakens your ability to shape your life powerfully and joyfully into a strong resource that supports you and your vision. It offers exercises for early recognition of toxic dynamics that block you and provides you with tools for confidently expressing and shaping your vision.
In the intensive training we work with elements of meditation, trance journeys, mindfulness, trauma and body work, as in my method in general. The training comprises 8 modules of 2 hours each.

Module 1
The energy system of the empath vs. the energy system of the narcissist / Not all empaths are the same - true empathy or "dark empath"? / The general energetic dynamic between true empaths and narcissists - recognizing your own parts

Module 2
Recognizing and disempowering shame and guilt for your precious treasure / The price of conflict avoidance from an energetic perspective - recognizing your own parts / Setting boundaries. How to set an energetically effective no / Saying goodbye to victimhood - releasing old (karmic) agreements.

Module 3
Identifying and naming the structural understating of empaths in our social system / Effective tools to undermine classic narcissistic strategies.

Module 4
Change or separation? Recognize the narcissistic attacks you can expect when you separate and deal with them clearly / Make separations energetically safe (for you) / Appreciate your (soul's) path.

Module 5
Identifying your vision / devaluing and weakening your vision / finding the truth of your soul: the power of your intuitive longing for a better world

Module 6
Practice implementing your vision powerfully, step by step to change your life and change the world.

Module 7
Self-care / first aid kit for the empath / intuitive empowerment tools for the empath

Module 8
Integration into everyday life and time for unanswered questions

The training includes an intensive intuitive reading session with a Practitioner Level III.
