When I came back from the women's retreat "Radical Salfcare" on 24.6.25, I already had the feeling of being in a completely different state on my journey. I felt as if I had immersed myself in a completely different life. So much lightness, suppleness, pride and joie de vivre spread through me and allowed me to meet people in a completely different way than ever before.

I had a brief flirtation with four beautiful men (something I've never dared to do before) and deeply touching conversations with two women - a beggar woman to whom I gave my piece of apple pie (baked by Susi) and a well-to-do woman from Hamburg. When I got off the train after an 8-hour journey, I still had enough energy to stop by my garden and say hello to my plants before heading home. I had so much more energy than usual. Something was very different from my life so far.

Management & Team

Alexandra Sorgenicht has been an intuition coach for more than 20 years. She is Germany's best-known intuition expert, author, speaker, entrepreneur and filmmaker. For many years, she has accompanied entrepreneurs, executives, pioneers and people in helping and consulting professions on their path to the powerful creation of visions and personal fulfillment. She has trained countless intuitive practitioners and has been training intuition coaches for more than 10 years training intuition coaches. At her retreats, she works in a team with selected and highly competent trainers and practitioners who always have their own connection to the respective theme of the retreat.

Alexandra Sorgenicht

For over 20 years, she has accompanied people in responsible professions in the development of intuitive leadership. Alexandra has been running regular retreats since 2015 - also exclusively for women. She has opened up and held experiential spaces for a wide variety of groups in Greece, Hawaii and Germany, which, removed from everyday life, open up valuable new perspectives and skills for the participants. "The women-only spaces have a special magic for me. In the meeting of powerful women, a clarity and truth always emerges that has an effect far beyond the time of the retreat, and which each individual woman takes with her into her work in the world."

Nina Poppe

Nina is an intuitive reader, healer and intuition coach (i.A.). She is a documentary filmmaker, portrait photographer and mother. Her main focus is birth and intuitive work with children and young people. She works in particular with creative people, artists and people who experience themselves as outsiders due to their background, talent, neurodiversity or simply because of their inherent perspective on the world. Her special talent is to see people exactly as they are and to mirror their perfect, imperfect, beauty in a loving and empowering way: "All the power lies in what is hidden."

Sandra Reudenbach

Sandra lives in Spain. She is a trauma-sensitive, body-oriented companion, reader and intuition trainer (i.A.) as well as a mentor for living intuition and spirituality in business. Her focus is on the integration of the body and regulation of the nervous system in high-quality spiritual work. She works 1:1 as well as with groups, which she successfully leads with great competence, mindfulness and empathy. Since this year, she has also been offering healing and integration time in a beautiful place in the south of Spain. She has developed and designed her "Casa Maktub" herself according to her intuitive insights: "The deep is my home".

Nadine Monique Hilt

Nadine lives in the south of Germany. She is a trauma-sensitive breathing trainer and intuitive reader, healer, intuition trainer (i.A.) and spiritual midwife. She has been passing on her knowledge and experience as a Hatha and Thai yoga teacher for many years and creates safe spaces in which people learn to feel their bodies, allow their emotions and connect with their inner wisdom. As a transformation facilitator, she combines targeted breathing techniques with intuitive work and accompanies people who hold, perform and carry a lot, in particular, in finding their way back to their strength and gentleness. Her vision is a world in which it is safe to open up, connect with each other and develop one's own potential.

DAY 1

Arrive, get to know each other, experience the energy of the place, first dinner together

DAY 2

Intuitive movement, Leadership Council, Artemis initiation, experiencing female creative energy. Embodiment possibilities.

DAY 3

Intuitive Movement, Female Leadership: Challenges, Blockages and Opportunities. Experience of intuitive female leadership. Trance Meditation: Encounter with the Matriarch.

DAY 4

Sailing trip to the island of Trakiri on 2 boats. The trip starts at the port of Volos and follows a picturesque coastal path along the Pagasitikos Gulf. We swim in some beautiful bays and experience the magic of secluded beaches. Lunch on or near the island of Trikeri. The excursion is weather-dependent, so it may have to be postponed by +/- one day.

DAY 5

Intuitive movement. Experience of stillness. Me-time for you in the afternoon! Time for journaling, integration or the beach!

DAY 6

Intuitive movement, vision experience, constellations. The power of your and our utopia/s.
Soul talk with Artemis about intuition and guidance.

What does the All in package include?

The All In package includes all retreat content and two sessions with trainers trained by Alexandra, one about four to two weeks before the retreat, one during the retreat. It includes the room category double room with shared bathroom outside the room. What does the VIP package include?

The VIP package is the high-end retreat experience. It includes all retreat contents, the room category double room with shared bathroom, upgrade to a single room is possible according to remaining places. There is currently 1 single room available. It also includes three sessions with Alexandra herself, each lasting approx. 30-45 minutes. Before and during the retreat as well as after the retreat.

What will the group size be?

The group has a maximum of 16 participants. This retreat is for a select group of women who are ready to engage in a profound experience - beyond strategy and concepts, into the essential wisdom of intuitive feminine leadership - the wisdom of the matriarch.

What does the packing list look like?

We will provide participants with a detailed packing list in March 2026. In any case, it will include beach gear and festive clothing for the Artemis Festival 🙂

Do I need to have previous experience?

Experience in intuition work according to Alexandra Sorgenicht is not necessary. Experience in general mindfulness work and meditation is an advantage but not a prerequisite. Do you have any recommendations for the journey?

The nearest airports are Volos or Thessaloniki. The flight to Athens may be cheaper. On request, we can organize a transfer via the retreat location. More detailed recommendations from the end of 2025.

What are the no-gos during the retreat?

The retreat is alcohol and drug free. If you consume cannabis for medical reasons, we ask for a short conversation in advance so that we are well attuned to your needs. All other rules refer to the interaction in the group and will be explained by Alexandra on the first morning together. This also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and create transparency and safety for everyone.
